Scott Hildenbrand stated “Being able to deliver a fixed rate to your client doesn’t necessarily mean you need to have a fixed rate on your balance sheet. Being thoughtful, delivering tools, and having that dialogue with your customers could not only help them on their debt servicing but also bring in some deposits from their perspective too.”
Regarding the standpoint on cyber security, Moderator Frank Gonzalez asked for suggestions and/or perspectives from the speakers in terms for addressing any security issues.
Will Bermudez states “at the end of the day, it’s all about getting your employees engaged and informed so that they can realize when a phishing attack is happening”.
Stan Rubin states “The risk keeps growing in remarkable ways. The weakest link are people. Even things like patch management and its required updates leads up to people.
