As a millennial himself, Javier Montes has spent his entire entrepreneurial journey working almost exclusively with a millennial workforce. He has built a successful event entertainment company in South Florida and now he is sharing how he experienced
such success with a team of millennials.

Javier is on a mission to bridge the gap between Gen X’ers and Millennials in the world. He writes and speaks regularly on this topic, and recently published his first book Millennial Workforce: Cracking the Code to Generation Y in Your Company.

As one of the most dynamic speakers on the planet, Javier’s passion, drive, and excitement is obvious from the moment he takes the stage. His energy is highly contagious and he has an uncanny ability to engage and connect with his audience.

Jessica Goldberg has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in Human Resources. Ms. Goldberg is currently a Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at U.S. Century Bank, a community bank headquartered in Doral with approximately 200 employees and 13 banking centers serving South Florida.

Ms. Goldberg specializes in the management of human resources activities for the bank such as recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, policy development and oversight.

Ms. Goldberg serves on the Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade and the South Florida Banking Institute.  Ms. Goldberg recently participated in organizing a Human Resources networking group, Human Resources Banking Partners.

Brad Kerschensteiner, LMFT maintains an integrative practice in Miami Beach that includes Executive Coaching, Business Training and psychotherapy services. A founding partner of ARHMF, Patricia M. Hernandez focuses on corporate and financial services, particularly in counseling businesses, including banks and financial services companies, in varied legal issues. Ms. Hernandez has extensive experience in representing domestic and international financial institutions and other financial businesses in all aspects of regulatory, compliance, lending, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters. Ms. Hernandez regularly represents clients before the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Federal Reserve, the FDIC, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and other regulatory agencies and assists banks in negotiating and complying with enforcement actions.
